Part of the 14-18 NOW WWI Centenary Art Commissions, this project was led by renowned Pakistani artist Imran Qureshi. Contributing alongside local artists, my mixed-media pieces incorporated historical newspapers, replica medal ribbons, mosaic mirrors, gold leaf, and clay. Inspired by the First World War Centenary, these works were later transformed into banners displayed in the gallery’s grounds, creating a powerful dialogue between past and present.
